One Month Course

This is where we are able to really get in there, and start working on a specific (or general) area of your life. Define what success really looks like for you, figure out what’s holding you back, set new goals and begin moving into your best, new YOU. We’ll have a once a week 1 hour Zoom strategy & accountability calls (or in person, if applicable), with options of up to 3 mini check-in calls or messaging support sessions throughout the weeks. For this entire month, I will help you strategize, create an action plan, upgrade your mindset and be there for Accountability. Together we’ll get you on track, and to help you stay on track!
